These Terms of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the KomKom app and services. By creating an account or using KomKom, you fully accept these terms.
1. Purpose
KomKom is an Offline-First invoicing and business management software for shops, SMEs and service providers. These terms define how the service may be used.
2. Access and account
Using KomKom requires creating an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for any activity carried out from your account.
3. Offline operation and synchronization
KomKom works with or without an Internet connection. Data created offline is stored on your device and then synchronized automatically once a connection is available, if you enable cloud synchronization.
4. Subscriptions and payments
KomKom offers a free plan as well as prepaid paid plans (Flex and Pro). Available features depend on your plan. Payments are processed by our partner payment providers.
5. User obligations
You agree to use KomKom in accordance with applicable laws, not to misuse the service, not to compromise its security, and to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
6. Intellectual property
The KomKom app, its brand, interface and content are protected and remain the property of KomKom. The business data you enter remains your property.
7. Availability and liability
We make every effort to ensure the availability of the service, without being able to guarantee it uninterrupted. KomKom cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using KomKom at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
9. Changes to the terms
These terms may change. Any modification takes effect as soon as it is published in the app or on the website. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Senegal. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
